This is a project we started a long time ago, but which has been on and off the burners as availability has fluctuated. So we're pumped to finally upload it.

Ryan Crocker put the crow and vehicle together (from scratch) in Softimage, adding rigging after the modeling process. He also comp'ed the rendered passes in AE.
Ryan Paul shot live plates in some old mines dumps in the east. We shot on the 7D, because that's what we had access to, and used some DIY tracks. As you'll notice, we struggled with the Moire. We also shot from about 7am till lunch time, which obviously made comp/grade a nice challenge.
Justin Wingate did the dust simulations in Softimage.
Sean Salmon cleaned up the tracking markers from the live plates, and graded, in Smoke for Mac.
Pieter de Wet did sound design, music and final mixing in Logic Pro.
